Bruce Peninsula Hospice
Bruce Peninsula Hospice is a community-based charitable organization that has had the privilege of serving the Bruce Peninsula and surrounding communities for the past 31 years. Through public engagement and financial support, we have been able to establish and expand our In-Home Hospice, Live Well at Home, and Bereavement programs. More recently, we partnered with Nav-CARE and their Compassionate Dementia-Inclusive Communities program to help create a more dementia-inclusive community, here at home.
As a non-profit, registered charitable organization, Bruce Peninsula Hospice relies on community fundraising, donations and grant funding to provide support services, host events and grow our programs based on the needs of our clients. Your participation supports Bruce Peninsula Hospice, allowing us to continue our compassionate presence for people with declining health, serious illness or those who are grieving.
We greatly appreciate your support!
