“Remembering Wiarton” Creates Inclusive Community Experience

Wiarton, ON – On Tuesday, October 7, Bruce Peninsula Hospice (BPH), together with community partners, hosted “Remembering Wiarton,” a dementia-inclusive event that created a safe and welcoming experience for people living with memory loss or dementia, along with their families and caregivers.
