Live Well At Home

Our Live Well At Home program is designed to enable older adults to age in place. Our Live Well At Home program includes the following services:
Volunteer Drop-Off Services
Volunteer drop-off services are available to our Bruce Peninsula clients. When you sign up for this service, you gain access to a team of dedicated volunteers who are ready to drop off much-needed items directly to your home. Drop-off services include, but are not limited to groceries, pet supplies, prepared meals and library books. There is no fee for this service.
Nav-CARE

Nav-CARE is a free, research-based program designed to help individuals and families navigate the effects of declining health and life-limiting illnesses. Often adults living at home with a serious illness or declining health, particularly those who do not yet qualify for home-based nursing care, live with unmet needs— resulting in a poor quality of life.

“Having a volunteer for in-home support really helped a lot. My mother really enjoyed her visits with the volunteer. They were able to talk about the local area and past histories and she really enjoyed the company."
